How much are your delivery costs?
All orders placed within 50 miles of Diss and over GBP300 are delivered free of charge. All orders within 50 miles of Diss but under GBP300 are delivered for GBP25. We are happy to deliver outside of the 50 mile radius of Diss and would kindly request that you email info@arktimber.co.uk for a delivery quotation.
Where are your timber garden products sourced from?
All our products are sourced internationally
I am from the trade, do you accept trade enquiries?
Yes, we accept all trade enquiries and bulk ordering. Please address your enquiry to info@arktimber.co.uk and one of our friendly staff will respond shortly. Alternatively, please contact us on any of the telephone numbers shown on the contact page
What is your refund policy?
We are happy to refund and replace any of our products up to the point that the delivery has been signed for. After this, we will not take any responsibility.
Do you provide advice on the products that you sell?
Yes, we are happy to assist in whatever way. Please use the details on the contact page to address any questions.
How often are your products updated?
We regularly review and expand our product list. Please provide your email address to receivedetails of all new product ranges.
What information is required from me for deliveries to be arranged?
Please make sure that you provide full details of the delivery address and/or secondary address in the event of nobody being able to sign for the delivery.
Do you provide an assembly service for your garden products?
Yes and all assembly is provided at cost. Please email us on info@arktimber.co.uk and we will provide you with a quote for assembly.
